At ArialNodes, we strive to provide high-quality hosting services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund. Please review our refund policy below:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the initial purchase.
  • Refunds are only available for services that have not been used or significantly configured.
  • For Minecraft and Discord bot hosting services, a refund is eligible if you experience significant technical issues that our support team cannot resolve within 24 hours.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items and circumstances are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services that have been active for more than 48 hours
  • Domain name registrations and renewals
  • Addon services and upgrades
  • Services terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Services where the customer has already used substantial resources

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Create a Support Ticket

    Join our Discord server and create a support ticket with the subject "Refund Request."

  2. Provide Order Details

    Include your order number, service details, and the reason for your refund request.

  3. Review Process

    Our support team will review your request within 24-48 hours.

  4. Refund Processing

    If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Service Credits (Will be started after launching our billing panel)

In some cases, we may offer service credits instead of monetary refunds:

  • For service disruptions or downtime exceeding our guaranteed uptime
  • When upgrading or changing service plans
  • As compensation for technical issues that are resolved after the refund eligibility period

ArialNodes reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
